World Heritage Greetings: #6 Nezvish, Belarus

Even two months after the 39th session we received another World Heritage Greeting – this time from a stunning World Heritage site in Belarus.

Together with a group of international volunteers, kulturweit-Volunteer Anaïs Brüsch helped to conserve and maintain the World Heritage site Architectural, Residential and Cultural Complex of the Radziwill Family at Nesvizh during a 10-day hands-on workshop.

„ I enjoyed it very much to work together with so many interesting people, which I would never have met otherwise. We were cordially welcomed by the people of Nezwish and we have come to know a lot about the town and the castle as well as about the Radziwill Family.“

Anaïs Brüsch is currently a kulturweit-volunteer in Minsk Belarus at Gymnasium 20, which is a member of the the PASCH-network, a global network of schools that recognise the importance of the German language.
»kulturweit« is an international cultural volunteer service for young adults and a project of the German Commission for UNESCO, financed by the German Federal Foreign Office.
